Kit Palconnect
The “PalConnect Kit” is a “ready to go” package that can be combined with the Ragno platform and that allows the customer to own an “Industry 4.0 compliant” product.
It is a kit that offers a remote connection service with the aerial platform that allows the user to monitor the key parameters of use of the machine and intervene with some of them.

Touchscreen monitor in the cage
As well as on the ground, a 4.3′ colour touch screen monitor can also be installed on the cage control panel, providing the operator with all detailed and salient information of the aerial working platform he needs during aerial work.
The monitor interface has been designed to minimize user interactions and display the most useful information at all times depending on the state of the machine.
As well as on the ground, also in the basket the monitor provides suggestions and messages to facilitate the operator’s work.
Hydraulic winch 500 kg
Hydraulic winch is composed by Certified winch, rope, hydraulic motor and hydraulic kit.
The winch, replacing the basket, allows to transform the Spider lift in Spider crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 500 kg.
It is supplied with a special mobile support for the basket disassembled.
Electric generator
230VCA single-phase, powered by the diesel engine, connected to an electrical socket in the cage, for the use of electrical tools during aerial working.
“Return to home” function
The “return to home” function allows to automatically return to the transport position by pressing a button on the controls.
Additional air/water pipes
Extra-large diameter compressed air/water pipe to the basket.
Anemometer
Device for measuring the wind, with an acoustic warning of the wind max speed allowed for aerial working
Basket anti-collision kit
The anti-collision system consists of two different types of sensors: laser and ultrasonic.
The laser sensors are positioned at the four corners of the basket and monitor the distance between the operator and any vertical obstacles, so operators within this area are protected from anti-entrapment accidents.
Ultrasonic sensors can be positioned frontally, laterally and under the basket and check the presence of any obstacles around the perimeter of the basket preventing the collision of the cage with obstacles located nearby.
The system is equipped with two different intervention thresholds: an early warning and an alarm.
With the activation of the pre-alarm, the operator is warned of the danger through the activation of an acoustic signal and a light, when you exceed the alarm threshold, the machine blocks all movements and stops.
Movements are restored by pushing a button on the specific control in the cage.
