GIS is the time of year when work at height comes out of the brochures and is measured against the reality of construction sites: live tests, technical questions, direct comparisons with those who use the machines every day. For Palazzani it was also the year of its 90th birthday and new positioning – The high line of Italian lifting – with a clear promise: engineering precision, uncompromising safety and innovative design.

September 25-27 in Piacenza, Italy, we met with customers, dealers and operators for a memorable GIS: new TZJ 160/180 models, green focus with HVO-ready Kubota engines, preview of XTJ 52+ ECO, and special energy at GIS by Night. Find highlights, pictures and video recap of the event in this article.

What you found at the Palazzani booth (I42 – Outdoor Area)

  • New TZJ 160 and TZJ 180 Spider Lifts: ultra-compact platforms designed for urban environments, narrow access and quick set-up.

  • TZX 250: the ideal “up & over” when complex covers over/beyond obstacles are needed.

  • XTJ 52+ ECO: height and outreach with clean site ready approach.

  • Power options for every need: gasoline/diesel, electric, hybrid and especially HVO-ready with Kubota engines to reduce carbon footprint without hardware changes (drop-in).

  • Technology and service: telemetry, technical documentation, and the Palazzani Care network for warranty extensions and global business continuity.

The value of relationships: Dealer, Network, Community

GIS is also people: incumbent dealers and new partners, operators who have shared valuable feedback, 1:1 meetings to define tailored setups and plan on-site demos. The Palazzani community grows because collaboration and teamwork remain at the core. At the show we turned conversations into operational plans, requests into product roadmaps, and curiosity into dedicated training sessions.

Continuous dialogue with the network-from first contact to after-sales service-is the engine that makes every delivery faster, every configuration more adherent to real work, every service intervention more effective. We gathered ideas, use cases and best practices from Italy, Europe and North America, fueling a virtuous circle of shared learning. Informal moments like GIS by Night have strengthened bonds and trust, because behind every machine there are professionals who bring expertise and passion together.

This is how we build long-term value: by co-designing with dealers, listening to operators, and growing as a community.
