Built on these values, the Palazzani warranty program was developed to safeguard your investment and ensure long-term operational continuity.
Starting from 2026, all Palazzani aerial platforms are covered by 24 months of warranty:
- First 12 months: Limited Palazzani Warranty
- Second 12 months: Palazzani Care Warranty
Warranty extension up to 5 years
For those seeking enhanced protection, Palazzani offers the option to extend the warranty to 3, 4, or 5 years.
The extension must be requested at the time of purchase and represents a strategic choice for customers looking at the medium- to long-term, aiming to maximize the return on their investment.

How to activate the warranty
Activating your Palazzani warranty is quick and simple.
To make the coverage effective, you must:
- Complete the dedicated form provided upon delivery of the platform;
- Send the completed form to garanzie@palazzani.it
Failure to submit the form will invalidate the warranty.
Once the process is complete, all official warranty documentation will be sent by post.
Warranty validity conditions
The Palazzani warranty, whether standard or extended, remains valid only if all routine maintenance activities outlined in the User and Maintenance Manual are properly performed.
To ensure proper traceability, all maintenance must be carried out at a Palazzani Authorized Service Center.
Failure to follow the maintenance schedule will result in the automatic termination of the warranty, the suspension of coverage, and the loss of the right to any warranty extension, even if it has already been purchased.
