Performance Tower Hire
Performance Tower Hire is an Australian Rental Company based in Brisbane, which was established in September 2015 with the primary goal of offering industry a service based alternative for travel tower hire in the south east Queensland region.
Although Performance Tower Hire is a young company, the professionals behind the business are extremely experienced. From assisting in rescuing a bird from a tree to performing some of the most technical and complex tasks set out by the most demanding industry safety teams, they always complete their work with precision, courtesy, and with the highest levels of safety and have quickly became a first choice travel tower supplier to all industries, such as maintenance, demolition, construction and many others.
Spider TSJ 39
The relationship between Palazzani and Peformance Tower Hire started in August 2020, when the first Spider Lift was shipped. It was a Spider TSJ 39, a telescopic boom with flying jib machine, which was chosen, among other reasons, for its working diagram, its stability and robustness.
The Ragno TSJ 39 immediately appeared as the best solution for them! Automatic, simple and fat set-up, the robust structure which guarantees stability and comfort for the operator in the basket and fast transfers even on steep slopes and steep terrain. Specifically, it reaches a maximum height of 39 m, a maximum outreach of 15.5 m and a basket capacity of 230 kg.
“TSJ 39 is able to operate in the different types of terrain of Australia, such as mountains, beaches, Australian outbacks and cities” says Ben Stargatt, CEO of Performance Tower Hire. It has been used in fact in many applications, such as pruning, external maintenance and telecoms, and – continues Ben – “in each of these it has done an excellent job”.

Following a meeting at Bauma in 2022, Ben Stargat visited us in Italy to try different models in the company and study which one could better suit the growing needs of their business. At the end of the meetings and discussions, he chose to purchase another Palazzani Spider Lift, which is going to reach Australia at the end of this month.
