From 24 to 27 April 2024, we will be at INTERMAT in Paris, the fair of solutions and technologies for sustainable construction.
On this occasion we will exhibit three Ragno aerial platforms, each equipped with a different type of motorization to demonstrate our strong attention to the theme of sustainability: Bi-energy, Eco and Hybrid. The three power options, although in a different way, share the common feature of minimizing CO2 emissions.
We will also exhibit two new options very useful in different fields of application: the lifting hook I place of the basket and the lifting accessories kit for the basket (currently available for the Spider XTJ 52+).

RAGNO XTJ 52+ BI-ENERGY WITH 980 KG HYDRAULIC WINCH
Thanks to the application of the hydraulic winch, in place of basket, the Ragno Platform is easily transformed into a Ragno Crane to handle material, with a lifting capacity up to 500 kg or 980 kg for XTJ 52+.
The latter will be one of the protagonists of our stand at INTERMAT. With its lifting height of 52 m and its outreach of 16.5 m, Ragno XTJ 52+ Bi-energy (diesel engine + electric motor) equipped with 980 kg hydraulic winch stands out as the highest and highest performing aerial platform of the XTJ series.
With an exceptional work diagram and fast, precise movements at any height, it is the ideal choice for a wide range of applications. Equipped with the Area Manager system, this platform automatically adjusts the outreach according to stabilization and load (250 to 980 kg), always ensuring a smooth rotation of 660 kg.
Ragno XTJ 52+, thanks to its versatility and reliability, is particularly suitable for rental. It is the optimal solution for construction work, external and internal maintenance, restoration operations and telecommunications.
RAGNO TSJ 30.1 HYBRID
The second Spider lift you can see at INTERMAT is the TSJ 30.1 with Hybrid2 power option (diesel engine + lithium battery).
Thanks to this type of power option, it is possible to work both inside and outside buildings reducing CO2 emissions. Equipped with 4 operating modes (ECO – SPEED – AUTO – FULL), it guarantees maximum cooperation between diesel engine, battery, and electric engine, satisfying every type of application need.
Ragno TSJ 30.1 is light and compact, reaches 30 m of lifting height and 13 m of outreach. Equipped with a 5-section telescopic arm and an articulated jib, it offers unparalleled flexibility during work.
Rotation is possible under any set-up and the hoses are protected internally by the boom for a longer duration Each outrigger can be rotated in 2 different positions, allowing easy set-up even in confined spaces, thanks to its automatic self-leveling system.
RAGNO TZX 250 ECO
As the highest expression of sustainability and green, at INTERMAT we will exhibit the Ragno TZX 250 ECO (electric motor + battery).
Lightweight and compact, it allows you to work in confined spaces and difficult to access without generating CO2 emissions and without emitting noise of any kind.
With its telescopic aluminum arm with two articulated and telescopic sections with an outreach of 10.6 m, it can reach heights up to 25 meters, allowing a wide range of movements without restrictions even with 2 operators in the cage.
Its dual stabilization mode, both wide and narrow, is simple and quick, while ensuring maximum stability.
LIFTING KIT FOR THE BASKET OPTIONAL
At the fair, our new optional available for the Spider XTJ 52+ will be exhibited. It’s the lifting accessories kit for the basket whose main objective is to support operators in the lifting and handling of large materials, such as tubes to glass sheets, antennas elements, etc. inside the basket with a solution integrated directly into the machine.
It’s composed by the vertical load lifting jib, the upper fork supports, and the front fork supports, all with a maximum load capacity of 100 kg.
LIFTING HOOK IN PLACE OF THE BASKET OPTIONAL
In addition to the already well-known hydraulic winch, offers an alternative accessory, with a simple and fast assembly system: lifting hook in place of the basket.
In some working scenarios, such as construction sites or maintenance interventions, it can be requested to lift loads and materials of a certain weight with just the movement of the boom and with little time available to do the job.
It is here that this option is useful, whose main advantage is to transform in a few moments and without the use of particular equipment an aerial platform with basket into a Spider with the function of a mobile crane, capable of lifting interesting loads, such as materials buildings or antennas.
