Palazzani Industrie has successfully concluded its participation in Bauma 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery. At stand FS 907 A/1, located in the outdoor area of Messe München, the company unveiled the latest innovations of the 2025 range, drawing a large audience and great interest from customers, partners, and industry professionals from all over the world.

During the exhibition, Palazzani Industrie presented an increasingly innovative and efficient range of Spider Lifts, designed to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic and demanding market. Among the highlights showcased at the booth were:

  • the new ECO version of the XTJ 52+,
  • the ECO version of TSJ 30.1,
  • and two brand-new models: the TZJ 160 and TZJ 180, ultra-compact and towable platforms designed for confined spaces and complex job sites.

TZJ 160 and TZJ 180: towable and super compact Spider Lifts

The new TZJ 160 and TZJ 180 expand the Palazzani range, addressing the increasing demand for narrow platforms with an articulated boom and jib.

Designed for maximum ease of use, these geometric platforms ensure intuitive and immediate operation.

Equipped with a load cell, they can operate with a maximum capacity of 230 kg, with a hook option for lifting materials up to 250 kg.

One of the distinctive features of the TZJ 160 and TZJ 180 is their extraordinary compactness, making them towable. Thanks to extendable tracks, they offer superior stability on any terrain, while the integrated inclinometer ensures constant control of the machine even in the most challenging conditions.

Both platforms come to standard with Honda gasoline or Kubota diesel engine, plus electric motor as option. Soon, the range will be expanded with ECO, ECO PRO, and HYBRID versions, offering even greater sustainability and autonomy.

The absence of obstructions under the basket allows for unrestricted up-and-over clearance, while the intuitive control panel—featuring a single ground/basket control with mini-display—provides real-time information on machine position, sensor status, longitudinal and transverse angles of the undercarriage and turret, diagnostics and overall operational status

With agility, power, and ease of transport, the TZJ 160 and TZJ 180 set a new benchmark for compact, high-performance Spider Lifts!

XTJ 52+ ECO: The tallest electric spider lift in our range

The XTJ 52+ ECO, the tallest fully electric Ragno platform in the Palazzani range, received remarkable attention and confirmed the company’s leading role in the green transition within the industry.

One of the most groundbreaking features of the XTJ 52+ ECO is its Type 2 charging system, allowing for fast and flexible recharging. This significantly reduces downtime and ensures continuous operation. Operators can easily charge the machine at fast public charging stations or via dedicated facilities, ensuring seamless workflow in any environment.

With a working height of 52 meters and an outreach of 19.5 meters, the XTJ 52+ ECO stands out for its exceptional adaptability across various industries—from infrastructure and construction to urban maintenance.

Its compact design and high-performance capabilities make it the ideal solution for operations in tight and challenging spaces, delivering maximum safety and efficiency at every job site.

XTJ 52+ ECO with winch and basket lifting kit

At Bauma 2025, the XTJ 52+ ECO was showcased with a hydraulic winch featuring a 980 kg capacity, making it an ideal solution for industrial applications and complex job sites. This enhancement facilitates the lifting of heavy materials with precision and reliability.

Additionally, visitors had the exclusive opportunity to test the platform equipped with a basket lifting kit, which includes a lifting jib and front and upper supports. This expands the machine’s functionality, making it even more versatile for a wide range of applications.

TSJ 30.1 ECO spider lift: A winning choice

The TSJ 30.1 ECO also attracted attention before being delivered to our Italian customer Michelangelo – Lavori e Noleggi. This machine is a clear example of how the Palazzani ECO range is gaining significant market traction, thanks to its high performance and eco-friendly solutions.

The TSJ 30.1 ECO is a compact and lightweight tracked platform, making it ideal for operations in sensitive environments and on delicate surfaces, all while maintaining stability and safety.

Equipped with a fully electric power system, it guarantees zero emissions and a drastic reduction in noise pollution, making it perfect for work in urban centers, residential areas, and enclosed spaces such as theaters, museums, and shopping malls.

This model combines compactness, efficiency, and versatility, making it a strategic choice for those seeking top-tier performance while minimizing environmental impact.

“We are proud to have introduced these innovations at Bauma 2025,” said Paola Palazzani, President of Palazzani Industrie.

“The development of the ECO range and the launch of the new 16 and 18-meter TZJ models are our concrete response to a market that demands compactness, user-friendliness, and sustainable solutions. The new TZJ platforms were born from direct feedback from our customers and operators in the field, who asked for a light machine, easy to maneuver, and ready to work even in the tightest spaces. With these models, we once again confirm our ability to innovate without ever losing sight of the reliability and passion that have set us apart for over 90 years.”
